Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Roxanne.
I’m a wife, proud mom of four amazing daughters, and the founder of IT Girl Club.
I’ve been coaching cheer for the past 15 years, including the last 8 years at the high school level. Throughout that time, I’ve had the privilege of helping young women build confidence, leadership, teamwork, and lifelong friendships.
IT Girl Club grew from that same belief: women deserve a place where movement, friendship, confidence, and community all exist together.
I can’t wait to welcome you.
The Story
Created for women who want more than a workout.
The idea for IT Girl Club came from two simple inspirations: hearing friends and family say they wished they could learn sideline dances, and watching my oldest daughter and niece fall in love with Pilates.
That sparked the vision for a place where women could move their bodies, learn sideline dances, build genuine friendships, and make time for themselves—without pressure, comparison, or perfection.
Our hope is simple: when you walk through our doors, you feel welcomed, inspired, and proud that you chose to show up for yourself while learning something new.

Before you join.
What does unlimited Mat Pilates include?
Founding memberships include eligible Mat Pilates classes throughout the active membership term, subject to class availability and studio booking policies.
Are founding rates really locked in?
Yes. Qualifying founding rates remain locked in while the membership stays continuously active and in good standing.
How does the student rate work?
The Student Founding rate is limited to the first 25 eligible students and remains locked in until graduation, subject to verification requirements.
Where do I book classes?
Use the IT Girl Club member booking portal to browse classes, reserve spots, join waitlists, and manage bookings.
What happens when a tier sells out?
Each package remains available until it reaches its own capacity. When a package sells out, it will be marked sold out while the other available packages remain open.
Can I cancel a class?
Yes. Cancellation rules and any late-cancellation fees will be displayed when you reserve and manage your class.
